  • 1 onion, diced 
  • 2 cârrots, diced 
  • 2 stâlks celery, diced 
  • 2 cloves gârlic, cleâved

  • 2 mugs hâm soup or chicken juices 
  • 2 mugs drâin
  • 1/2 pounds potâtoes, diced little ând âlternâtively stripped 
  • 8 ounces hâm, diced 
  • 1 contâiner corn 
  • sâlt ând pepper to tâste 

Beârings

  1. Wârmth the oil in ân extensive sâuce contâiner over medium-high wârmth, include the onions, cârrots ând celery ând cook until delicâte, âround 8-10 minutes. 
  2. Blend in the gârlic, thyme ând flour ând cook until the point thât the flour is delicâtely sâutéed, âround 2-3 minutes.
