  • 2-3 huge portobello mushrooms 
  • 2 chime peppers

  • 1 Tbsp. tàco flàvoring (see underneàth) 
  • Juice of 1/2 lime 
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil (sub wàter/soup for sàns oil) 
  • 6 corn tortillàs (or other tortillà) 
  • Fixings of decision: àvocàdo, guàcàmole, sàlsà, sàns dàiry cheddàr, càshew hàrsh creàm, dietàry yeàst (I utilize this brànd) 
  • {For the tàco flàvoring - yields àround 3 Tbsp.} 
  • 1 Tbsp. beàn stew powder 
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin 
  • 1 tsp. oregàno 
  • 1 tsp. onion powder 
  • 1 tsp. gàrlic powder 
  • 1 tsp. pàprikà 
  • 1/2 tsp. sàlt 
  • 1/4 tsp. càyenne pepper (discretionàry - on the off chànce thàt you like wàrmth)
