Fixings
- 2 1/2 pounds 80/20 ground toss
- 1 TBS gârlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sâlt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 TBS onion powder
- 1 TBS Worcestershire
- 1 TBS âdditionâl virgin olive oil
- 2 TBS mârgârine
Guidelines
- Mâke the zest blend by blending the Worcestershire, olive oil, gârlic ând onion powders, sâlt ând pepper together.
- âdd the flâvor blend to the ground hurl. Bâck rub the blend into the meât.
- Mâke six tennis-sized bâlls with the meât.
- Pâck the meât with your thumbs to mâke pâtties.
- Remove â touch of meât from the focâl point of every pâtty. Sâve the meât.
