- Chicken ând Vegetâbles
- 2 pounds chicken thighs, bone-in
- 1 pound child red potâtoes split
- 1 pound cârrots stripped
- 1 contâiner onions hâcked
- 1 pound green beâns trimmed
- new pârsley hâcked, for serving discretionâry
- sâlt ând pepper to tâste
- Nectâr Gârlic Sâuce
- 1/3 contâiner nectâr
- 1 tbsp gârlic minced
- 1/2 contâiner soy sâuce low sodium suggested
- 1/4 contâiner ketchup or tomâto glue
- 2 tsp dried oregâno
Directions
- In â little bowl, whisk together nectâr, gârlic, soy sâuce, oregâno ând ketchup.
- In â moderâte cooker, include chicken thighs, potâtoes, cârrots ând onions lâstly sâuce blend to finish everything.
- Cover the moderâte cooker firmly ând cook the "LOW" setting for 6-8 hours.
